Going to law school is expensive and time-consuming, and for most people it is neither a desirable endeavor nor a practical one. Most citizens, however, need to have a good understanding of the laws that affect their lives, their property and their rights. This is what I hope to bring about with The Jack Letter Law.

My goal is to contribute to American citizens' understanding and appreciation of the law, in a way that also makes them laugh and be entertained. Because let's face it, casebooks and statutes can be pretty dry and boring most of the time. By reading the comic strips contained in this gallery, I hope you can learn some fundamental facts about the law while also being amused by Jack Strauss and his classmates and professors.
